Thirteen, a housing association who own over 34,000 properties and manage over 35,000 homes, has appointed RE:GEN Solutions to carry out all of its asbestos removal works for the next three years.
Directly awarded via the Prosper Framework, the contract is worth around £2.5m, with the option to extend for a further 24 months.
The Middlesbrough-based housing association employs over 1,500 people and provide services for more than 72,000 customers in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber regions.
Anthony Wade, Managing Director of RE:GEN Solutions, said: “Thirteen is one of the largest housing associations we work with. They’re a great team who, with previous contracts and up to the end of this contract term, we will have been working with for almost 20 years!
“The win is great news for the team and will allow us to support more apprentices and local employment opportunities around the North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions as we go.”
